1. Птицы улетают вдаль - с ними расставатьсяжаль. Долго я смотрю им вслед - мглою горизонт одет.
Но для перелетных птиц нет преград и нет границ.
Гладью неба в южный теплый край Мчатся вереницы стай.
2. Мимо убранных полей, мимо суеты людей, Мимо их
вражды и слез, мимо бедствий и угроз Мчатся вдаль, и
крики их вновь зовут от бурь земных. К тишине небес
страны родной Мчится дух усталый мой.
3. Годы улетают вдаль, с ними расставаться жаль. Долго
я смотрю им вслед - мглою горизонт одет. Но в душе
печали нет, - вечной жизни вижу свет. Пусть летят в
надзвездный светлый край Годы вереницей стай.
4. Годы улетают вдаль... Если ты без Бога - жаль:
Страшный ждет тебя конец - Над тобою суд свершит Творец!
Друг мой, время не теряй, с Господом в завет вступай,
И душа, как птица, полетит В край, где вечный свет царит.
