Опять я вижу солнце:На желтый выжжено песком,
И вновь вертушка в небо нас уносит.
Опять я вижу горы,
И каждый раз я думаю о том,
Кого из нас у цинка мать со слезами спросит:
«Ну, что же ты, сынок?
Ведь обещал вернуться ты домой!
А я тебя ждала весну и осень.
И вот приказ пришел на дембель,
Но не твой.
И ветер листья в даль,
Как жизнь, уносит».
А там в горах ревет мотор,
И передернут мой затвор.
Борьба идет за жизнь свою, друзей.
А на гражданке чья-то мать кричит:
«Сынок, вернись назад!»
Но не дождался он весны своей.
Опять я вижу солнце:
На желтый выжжено песком,
И серпантин уводит роту в небо.
И замирает сердце
От чистой синевы над головой
И забываешь сразу: кто ты, где ты.
Вдруг, разорвав осколком
Немую тишину небес,
Смешав все вместе разом: лед и пламя,
Оставив на гражданке
Жен, детей, невест,
Они погибли здесь, оставив память.
А там в горах ревет мотор,
И передернут мой затвор.

А на гражданке чья-то мать кричит:
«Сынок, вернись назад!»
