يَنسلُّ منه هناءُ العمرِ في غضبٍ
أنَّى استدارَ غزاهُ الدَّمعُ بالصَّبِّ
ناشدتُكُمْ -بالذي شاءتْ إرادتُهُ
لهُ البلاءَ- بأن تلقوَه بالرَّحبِ
بلا امتهانٍ ولاجرحٍ لإحساسٍ
فالطفلُ في حاجةٍ للرِّفقِ والحُبِّ
