Во Имя милосердного милостивого Бога(Х. М.)
Мы Книгой сей клянемся ясной – ее, чтоб знаменья раскрыть.
Мы ниспослали по арабски – слова поймете, может быть!
Та Книга есть Коран арабский, высокий он, премудрый он.
Коран в начале Нашей Книги, в ее истоке заключен.
Мы вам ужели не напомним про Суд и вашу суету
Из за того, что, люди мрака, переступили вы черту?
Народам древним сколько было пророков послано от Нас!
Но над пророками смеялись, и смех пустой в толпе не гас.
Мы стерли грешников, хоть были те толпы нынешних сильней.
Теперь уже и позабылся – увы! – пример из давних дней.
«Кто создал небеса и землю?» – когда бы ты заговорил,
– «Конечно, – молвили бы, – мудрый их Устроитель сотворил».
Он сделал землю колыбелью для вас, провел на ней пути –
Быть может, праведной дорогой по ней вы сможете идти! –
Он с неба свел живую влагу и поднял мертвую страну.
Так вы спасетесь и поймете благодеяний глубину.
Он сотворил четы. За ними, чтоб избежали вы нужды,
Он корабли, стада животных вам приспособил для езды.
Да утверждаетесь на спинах, да поминаете Творца,
Да обращаете к Престолу вы благодарные сердца,
Хваля Того, Кто вам позволил вас вдаль несущих приручить,
Когда такую власть не в силах вы были сами получить!
Тогда вы скажете в молитве: «Тому, Кто создал свет и тьму,
Мы Богу нашему подвластны, мы возвращаемся к Нему!»
Но вот оставили для Бога всего лишь часть Его рабов.
Как человек неблагодарен, как сатане служить готов!
Неужто Бог из вечной чаши животворения Своей
Взял дочерей, а вам, созданьям, Он предоставил сыновей?
Когда обрадует кого то в примере стародавнем весть,
Какую хочет Милосердный в урок внимающим привесть,
Когда беспечным размышленье о Божьей каре ни к чему –
Лицо всевышнего темнеет, глядит печаль в глаза Ему.
Ужель не ясен тот нечистый, кто в украшениях возрос,
Кто за вопросом, праздно споря, спешит придумывать вопрос?
Они об ангелах солгали, считали женщинами их:
Ужель присутствуют незримо, когда творим рабов Своих?
Мы их свидетельство запишем и будет им суровый спрос:
Кто ложь про ангелов придумал, кто в толпы душ сомненье внес?
Сказали грешные: «Когда бы того желал и жаждал Бог,
Божкам бы мы не поклонялись, их не лобзали бы мы ног».
Они о том ничуть не знают, ум измышленьями томим.
Мы разве дали грешным Книгу? И дар такой – святыня им?
Они сказали: «К нашим предкам, награда жизненным трудам,
Пришло учение; мы прямо теперь идем по их следам».
Мы до тебя не посылали от Нас посла в какой то град,
Чтобы ему не говорили ловцы довольства и услад,
Не изрекали: «К нашим предкам, награда жизненным трудам,
Пришло учение; мы прямо теперь спешим по их следам».
– «А вот, когда бы оказалось: я вам учение принес,
Верней ученья ваших предков?» – ты обрати к таким вопрос.
Давно ответили: «Не верим в то, с чем посланцы к нам пришли»!
Мы отомстили им. Гляди же, какую кару обрели!
Сказал отцу, народу смело когда то молвил Авраам:
«Свободен я, не поклоняюсь отныне вашим божествам.
А лишь Тому служу, Кем создан, к Кому назначено прийти.
По справедливому, прямому Он поведет меня пути!»
Он это слово заповедал хранить потомству своему –
Потомки, может быть, вернутся душой очищенной к нему!
Мы слово это дали в пользу им – да спасет оно от зол –
Покуда с истиною ясной к ним Наш посланец не пришел.
Когда же истина явилась, они сказали: «Колдовство!
Послу не верим – наше носит он в тленном теле естество».
«Коран, – сказали, – Божья Книга, тому ли Бог ее вручил?
Великий муж из двух селений зачем ее не получил?»
Делить ли им Господню милость? Одних Мы помним и других,
И пропитанье в жизни ближней распределили Мы для них.
Возвышенному Нами низших брать в услужение не грех,
Но над богатствами людскими Господня милость лучше всех.
Коль завтра людям не случится одною общиною жить,
Из серебра неверным крыши Мы постараемся сложить,
Еще – и лестницы, и двери, и ложа, и убор вокруг.
Но это все – земные блага, они исчезнуть могут вдруг.
А жизнь грядущая хранится в деснице Бога твоего.
Богобоязненным в награду она дается от Него.
Кто Милосердного не вспомнит, служа упорству своему,
К тому Мы дьявола приставим незримым спутником ему.
Уводит грешников нечистый. Блуждая в сумраке густом,
Они уверены, что в жизни всегда идут прямым путем.
Но, к Нам вернувшись, грешник скажет; «О, горе мне! Когда б далек
От сатаны я был, как вечно далек от запада восток!»
Раз были вы несправедливы – не помощь общая вина,
Нам не поможет утешенье, что на миру и смерть красна.
Глухих ужель внимать заставишь? Слепых ужели повести
Прямым путем, когда, блуждая, они не ведают пути?
А если Мы от них отправим тебя – им щедро отомстим,
А то и, гневаясь, покажем давно обещанное им!
Тебе ниспосланному следуй! Да, на дороге ты прямой.
Напоминание нисходит к тебе и людям за тобой.
И всех из вас когда то спросят. А ныне, истину любя,
Спроси посланников, которых Мы людям слали до тебя –
Немых богов для поклоненья помимо вечного Творца
Мы разве ставили и разве Мы покоряли им сердца?
Мы с Моисеем фараону послали знамения. Сей

In the name of a merciful gracious God(H. M.)
We swear by this Book clear - it, so that the banners unfold.
We sent in Arabic - you can understand the words, maybe!
That Book is the Arabic Quran, he is high, he is wise.
The Quran at the beginning of Our Book, at its source is concluded.
We really won’t remind you about the Court and your fuss.
Due to the fact that, people of darkness, you crossed the line?
To the ancient peoples how many prophets were sent from Us!
But the prophets were laughed at, and the empty laugh in the crowd did not go out.
We have erased sinners, even though those crowds of the present are stronger.
Now I’ve forgotten it - alas! - An example from the old days.
“Who created the heavens and the earth?” - when would you speak,
- “Of course,” they would say, “the wise Organizer created them.”
He made the earth a cradle for you, led the way on it -
Perhaps you can walk along the righteous path along it! -
He brought moisture from heaven and lifted up a dead country.
So you will be saved and understand the good deeds of the depth.
He created the couple. Behind them, so that you escape the need,
He ships, herds of animals adapted for you to ride.
Yes, affirm on the backs, may you remember the Creator,
May you turn to the throne grateful hearts,
Praising Him who allowed you to tame the distance to the carriers,
When such power you could not get yourself!
Then you will say in prayer: “To Him who created light and darkness,
We are subject to our God, we are returning to Him! ”
But they left for God only a part of His slaves.
How a man is ungrateful, how Satan is ready to serve!
Really God from the eternal cup of His life-giving
He took the daughters, but to you, the creatures, He provided the sons?
When someone in the example of the old news will make anyone happy,
What does the Merciful want to bring to those who listen,
When reckless thinking about God's punishment is useless -
The face of the Almighty is getting dark, looking sadness in His eyes.

They lied about angels, considered them women:
Are they present invisibly when we create our servants?
We will write down their testimony and there will be severe demand for them:
Who invented lies about angels, who brought doubt into crowds of souls?
Sinners said: “Whenever God desires and thirsts,
"We would not worship the gods, we would not be kissed by their feet."
They don’t know about that at all, the mind is tormented by fabrications.
Did we give the sinful Book? And such a gift - a shrine to them?
They said: "To our ancestors, the reward of the labors of life,
Teaching has come; we are now following in their footsteps. "
We didn’t send an ambassador from us to you,
So that the catchers of contentment and delight would not tell him,
They didn’t utter: “To our ancestors, a reward to the labors of life,
Teaching has come; we are right now in their tracks. ”

They answered long ago: “We do not believe in what the messengers came to us with!”
We took revenge on them. Look what punishment you have found!

As long as the truth clear to them Our messenger has not come.
When the truth appeared, they said: “Witchcraft!
We don’t believe the ambassador - he carries our nature in a perishable body. ”
“The Quran,” they said, “is the Book of God, has God handed it to him?”
Why didn’t the great husband from two villages get it? ”
Do they share mercy with the Lord? We remember some, and others,
And food for the neighbor we distributed for them.
It is not a sin to elevate the lower ones to serve us
But over the riches of the people of God the mercy is better than all.
If people don’t happen to live in one community tomorrow,
Of silver unfaithful roof We will try to fold
Still - and stairs, and doors, and a bed, and a dressing around.
But all this is earthly goods, they can disappear suddenly.
And the life to come is stored in the right hand of your God.
God-fearing as a reward it is given from Him.
Who doesn’t remember the Merciful, serving his perseverance,
To that, We will put the devil as an invisible companion to him.
Leads sinners unclean. Wandering in the thick darkness,
They are sure that in life they always go the straight way.
But, having returned to Us, the sinner will say; “Oh woe to me! When far away
I was from Satan, how far the east was forever from the West! ”
Since you were unfair - no help is the common fault
The consolation that in the world and death is red will not help us.
Will you make deaf people listen? Blind tales already
The direct way, when, wandering, they do not know the way?
And if We send you from them, we will avenge them generously,
And then, angry, we will show long promised to them!
Follow you sent! Yes, you're on the road straight.
A reminder descends to you and the people behind you.
And all of you will be asked sometime. And now, loving the truth,
Ask the messengers whom we have sent to people -
