На дно громадой опустился
К поверхности воды последний всперд
Как шар воздушный устремился
Глазами полными
Соленых слез она
В бурлящую смотрела бездну

Сомкнула пасть, когда лед треснул
Он был скуп

Называли не со зла
Не был глуп
Не ронял в грязь зря лица
Свежий труп -
И семья вмиг без отца
Со школы обсуждая громко вслух
Она шла со своей подругой
Соседа, для которой он был скуф
И жил здесь со скуфихой глупой
А он услышал крик
Увидел из окна
Как на реке там кто-то тонет
И в тот же самый миг
Сорвался, а жена
Набрала скорую на телефоне
Он был скуп
На слова, но не дела
