(Мекканская сура) Во имя Аллаха Милостивого, Милосердного! Эта сура ниспослана в Мекке. Она состоит из 17 айатов. Она начинается с клятвы, подтверждающей доказательства могущества Аллаха и подчёркивающей, что к каждому человеку приставлен страж и наблюдатель. От человека требуется, чтобы он размышлял о том, как он сотворён, и говорится, что он был сотворён из излившейся капли, чтобы осознать, что Аллах, который таким образом сотворил его, в состоянии воскресить его после смерти. И другой клятвой подтверждается, что Коран - Слово, различающее истину от лжи, а не пустословие. Но, несмотря на это, неверные с упорством и усердием отрицали его, замышляя козни против него. Аллах противопоставил их коварным козням то, что сильнее их козней. Сура завершается требованием Аллаха дать неверным отсрочку.1. Клянусь небом и звездой, которая появляется ночью!
2-3. Откуда тебе знать истинность этой звезды?! Это - звезда, свет которой пронзает темноту.
4. Нет ни одного человека, у которого не было бы хранителя, который наблюдает за ним и записывает его деяния.
5. Пусть человек подумает, из чего Аллах сотворил его!
6. Он создан из излившейся воды,
7. которая вытекает из спинного хребта и грудных костей мужчины и женщины. (1) Арабское слово "сулб" обозначает спинной хребет, а слово "траиб" - грудная клетка. Современные эмбриологические исследования показали, что ядро детородного органа и мочеобразующих органов появляется в эмбрионе между хрящевыми образованиями костей спинного хребта и клетками грудных костей. Почки остаются на своём месте, а яички спускаются в мошонку (их естественное место) при рождении. Несмотря на то, что яичко спускается вниз, артерия, которая снабжает его кровью в течение всей его жизни, отходит от аорты, расположенной напротив почечной артерии. Чувствительный нерв, который передаёт яичку импульс возбуждения, вызывает образование сперматозоидов и носящей их жидкости, начинается от грудного блуждающего нерва, который выходит из спинного мозга между десятым и одиннадцатым позвонками. Из вышесказанного ясно, что половые органы, их нервы и кровеносные сосуды исходят из одного места, которое находится между "ас-сулб" (спинным хребтом) и "ат-траиб" (грудной клеткой).
8. Поистине, Аллах, который создал его таким образом, в состоянии возродить его заново (воскресить) после смерти.
9. В тот День, когда будут испытаны сердца и отделятся благочестивые сердца от нечестивых,
10. тогда, в этот День, у человека не будет ни собственной силы, которая могла бы спасти его от наказания, ни помощника, который поддержал бы его.
11. Клянусь небом, проливающим время от времени дожди.
12. Клянусь землёй, которая раскалывается, чтобы выросли растения.
13-14. Поистине, Коран различает истину от лжи, Он совершенен и в нём нет ни пустословия, ни лжи, ни легкомыслия!
15. Те, которые отрицают Коран, усердно строят козни, чтобы опровергнуть его истинность и отвратить людей от него.
16. Я их подвергну наказанию за их козни и противопоставлю их козням Свой сильный замысел, от которого им не будет спасения.
17. Дай неверным отсрочку на недолгое время, пока Я не низведу тебе решительного повеления относительно их.

(Meccan sura) In the name of Allah the Merciful, the Merciful! This surah is revealed in Mecca. It consists of 17 ayats. It begins with an oath confirming the evidence of the power of Allah and emphasizing that a guardian and observer are assigned to each person. A person is required to reflect on how he was created, and it is said that he was created from a pouring drop in order to realize that Allah, who thus created him, is able to resurrect him after death. And another oath confirms that the Quran is the Word that distinguishes truth from lies, and not idle talk. But, despite this, the infidels denied him with tenacity and zeal, plotting intrigues against him. Allah opposed them with treacherous wiles that are stronger than their wiles. The sura concludes with the demand of Allah to give the infidels a reprieve.1. I swear by the sky and the star that appears at night!
2-3. How do you know the truth of this star ?! This is a star whose light pierces the darkness.
4. There is not a single person who does not have a keeper, who watches over him and records his deeds.
5. Let the man think of what Allah created him from!
6. It is made of spilled water,
7. which flows from the spine and sternum of the man and woman. (1) The Arabic word "sulb" means the spine, and the word "traib" means the chest. Modern embryological studies have shown that the nucleus of the genital organ and urinary organs appears in the embryo between the cartilaginous formations of the bones of the spine and the cells of the sternum. The kidneys remain in place, and the testes descend into the scrotum (their natural place) at birth. Despite the fact that the testicle goes down, the artery, which supplies it with blood throughout its life, departs from the aorta, located opposite the renal artery. The sensory nerve, which transmits an excitation pulse to the testicle, causes the formation of spermatozoa and the fluid that carries them, starting from the pectoral vagus nerve, which leaves the spinal cord between the tenth and eleventh vertebrae. From the foregoing, it is clear that the genitals, their nerves and blood vessels come from one place, which is located between the as-sulb (spine) and at-traib (chest).
8. Indeed, Allah, who created him in this way, is able to revive him again (to resurrect) after death.
9. On that day when hearts will be tested and pious hearts will be separated from the wicked,
10. then, on this Day, a person will have neither his own power that could save him from punishment, nor an assistant who would support him.
11. I swear by the sky, raining from time to time.
12. I swear by the earth, which splits, so that the plants grow.
13-14. Verily, the Qur'an distinguishes between truth and falsehood. It is perfect and there is neither idle talk, nor lies, nor frivolity!
15. Those who deny the Qur'an diligently plot to disprove its truth and turn people away from it.
16. I will punish them for their wiles and set them against the wiles of My strong design, from which they will not be saved.
17. Give the infidels a reprieve for a short time, until I send you decisive decree about them.
