И было ко мне слово Господне:сын человеческий! скажи начальствующему в Тире: так говорит Господь Бог: за то, что вознеслось сердце твое и ты говоришь: я бог, восседаю на седалище божием, в сердце морей, и будучи человеком, а не Богом, ставишь ум твой наравне с умом Божиим, -
вот, ты премудрее Даниила, нет тайны, сокрытой от тебя;
твоею мудростью и твоим разумом ты приобрел себе богатство и в сокровищницы твои собрал золота и серебра;
большою мудростью твоею, посредством торговли твоей, ты умножил богатство твое, и ум твой возгордился богатством твоим, -
за то так говорит Господь Бог: так как ты ум твой ставишь наравне с умом Божиим,
вот, Я приведу на тебя иноземцев, лютейших из народов, и они обнажат мечи свои против красы твоей мудрости и помрачат блеск твой;
низведут тебя в могилу, и умрешь в сердце морей смертью убитых.
Скажешь ли тогда перед твоим убийцею: я бог, тогда как в руке поражающего тебя ты будешь человек, а не бог?
Ты умрешь от руки иноземцев смертью необрезанных; ибо Я сказал это, говорит Господь Бог.
И было ко мне слово Господне:
сын человеческий! плачь о царе Тирском и скажи ему: так говорит Господь Бог: ты печать совершенства, полнота мудрости и венец красоты.
Ты находился в Едеме, в саду Божием; твои одежды были украшены всякими драгоценными камнями; рубин, топаз и алмаз, хризолит, оникс, яспис, сапфир, карбункул и изумруд и золото, все, искусно усаженное у тебя в гнездышках и нанизанное на тебе, приготовлено было в день сотворения твоего.
Ты был помазанным херувимом, чтобы осенять, и Я поставил тебя на то; ты был на святой горе Божией, ходил среди огнистых камней.
Ты совершен был в путях твоих со дня сотворения твоего, доколе не нашлось в тебе беззакония.
От обширности торговли твоей внутреннее твое исполнилось неправды, и ты согрешил; и Я низвергнул тебя, как нечистого, с горы Божией, изгнал тебя, херувим осеняющий, из среды огнистых камней.
От красоты твоей возгордилось сердце твое, от тщеславия твоего ты погубил мудрость твою; за то Я повергну тебя на землю, перед царями отдам тебя на позор.
Множеством беззаконий твоих в неправедной торговле твоей ты осквернил святилища твои; и Я извлеку из среды тебя огонь, который и пожрет тебя: и Я превращу тебя в пепел на земле перед глазами всех, видящих тебя.
Все, знавшие тебя среди народов, изумятся о тебе; ты сделаешься ужасом, и не будет тебя во веки.
И было ко мне слово Господне:
сын человеческий! обрати лице твое к Сидону и изреки на него пророчество,
и скажи: вот, Я на тебя, Сидон, и прославлюсь среди тебя, и узнают, что Я Господь, когда произведу суд над ним и явлю в нем святость Мою;
и пошлю на него моровую язву и кровопролитие на улицы его, и падут среди него убитые мечом, пожирающим его отовсюду; и узнают, что Я Господь.
И не будет он впредь для дома Израилева колючим терном и причиняющим боль волчцом, более всех соседей зложелательствующим ему, и узнают, что Я Господь Бог.
Так говорит Господь Бог: когда Я соберу дом Израилев из народов, между которыми они рассеяны, и явлю в них святость Мою перед глазами племен, и они будут жить на земле своей, которую Я дал рабу Моему Иакову:
тогда они будут жить на ней безопасно, и построят домы, и насадят виноградники, и будут жить в безопасности, потому что Я произведу суд над всеми зложелателями их вокруг них, и узнают, что Я Господь Бог их.

And the word of the Lord came to me:son of man! say to the ruler in Tire: This is what the Lord God says: because your heart has ascended and you say: I am a God, I sit on the seat of God, in the heart of the seas, and being a man, and not God, you put your mind on a par with the mind of God -
behold, you are wiser than Daniel, there is no secret hidden from you;
by your wisdom and your understanding you have acquired riches for yourself, and have gathered gold and silver in your treasuries;
with your great wisdom, through your trade, you have increased your wealth, and your mind has become proud of your wealth, -
For this, says the Lord God: since you set your mind on a par with the mind of God,
behold, I will bring upon you foreigners, the most fierce of nations, and they will draw their swords against the beauty of your wisdom and darken your splendor;
they will bring you down to the grave, and you will die in the heart of the seas a death of the slain.
Will you then say before your murderer: I am a god, while in the hand of the one who smites you you will be a man, and not a god?
You will die by the hand of foreigners, an uncircumcised death; for I have said this, says the Lord God.
And the word of the Lord came to me:
son of man! cry for the king of Tire and say to him: Thus says the Lord God: you are the seal of perfection, the fullness of wisdom and the crown of beauty.
You were in Eden, in the garden of God; your clothes were adorned with all kinds of precious stones; ruby, topaz and diamond, chrysolite, onyx, jasper, sapphire, carbuncle and emerald and gold, everything skillfully seated in your nests and strung on you, was prepared on the day of your creation.
You were the anointed cherub to overshadow, and I put you to that; you were on the holy mountain of God, walking among the stones of fire.
You were perfect in your ways from the day you were created, until iniquity was found in you.
Because of the vastness of your trade, your inner is filled with iniquity, and you have sinned; and I cast you down as an unclean one from the mountain of God; I drove you out, the overshadowing cherub, from among the stones of fire.
Thy heart was lifted up because of thy beauty; thy wisdom was ruined by thy vanity; for that I will throw you to the ground, before kings I will give you to shame.
With the multitude of your iniquities, in your unrighteous trade, you have defiled your sanctuaries; and I will bring forth a fire from among you, which will consume you: and I will turn you into ashes on the earth before the eyes of all who see you.
All who knew you among the nations will be amazed at you; you will become a terror, and you will not be forever.
And the word of the Lord came to me:
son of man! Turn your face to Sidon and prophesy against him,
and say: behold, I am against you, Sidon, and I will be glorified among you, and they will know that I am the Lord, when I have judged him and show my holiness in him;
and I will send on him a plague and bloodshed into his streets, and among him will fall slain by the sword that devours him from everywhere. and they will know that I am the Lord.
And henceforth he will not be for the house of Israel a thorny thorn and a thistle that hurts him, more than all his neighbors malignant to him, and they will know that I am the Lord God.
Thus says the Lord God: when I gather the house of Israel out of the nations among whom they are scattered, and I manifest in them my holiness before the eyes of the nations, and they will dwell in their land, which I gave to my servant Jacob:
then they will dwell on it safely, and they will build houses and plant vineyards, and they will dwell in security, because I will execute judgment on all their evil-doers around them, and they will know that I am the Lord their God.
