"...Все вещи непостоянны по своей природе. В этих словах - главная истина буддизма, настолько простая, что все ее упускают из вида. Нам что-то нравится, мы цепляемся за это и хотим, чтобы так происходило всегда. "Я так хочу, чтобы лето не кончалось...". Но если лето не кончится, не будет больше ни осени, ни зимы, ни весны, ни нового лета, природа перестанет обновляться и начнется застой, гниение и смерть.Когда что-то пришло - радуйтесь этому, а когда придет время уходить - отпустите, чтобы пришло что-то новое. Но мы все время цепляемся за старое, и в этом причина всех наших страданий...."
