Яри Линдхольм нынче сыскал славу поистине замечательного композитора и исполнителя в жанре атмосферный дум-дэт-метал. Не знать этого молодого шведа, за плечами которого работа над всем известной пластинкой группы Slumber, сольным дебютом Enshine и дум-проектом Exgenesis - значит попросту не ценить жанр. Линдхольм - один из немногих, кто до сих пор привносит в дум-дэт свежие идеи, создавая особую, "космическую", а кое-где и мрачную, депрессивную атмосферу на своих релизах."Singularity" - уже второй альбом главного проекта Линдхольма, посвященный космической тематике. С философской точки зрения сингулярность - эдакая бесконечность, точка невозврата и неопределенности. Автору удается наложить эту концепцию на музыку с поразительной точностью. Идея также широко отражена в лирике песен.
Здесь нет смысла отдельно расписывать о преимуществах каждого опуса. Если первый трек лишь запускает нас в космос, то второй уже дает увидеть яркую звезду, третий сияет светом тысячи солнц, а четвертый отключает подсознание, посылая разум в саму сингулярность. В плейлист заглядывать не стоит, лучше пройти это путешествие от начала и до конца.
Таинственные звуки клавиш пронизывают музыкальную оболочку, синтезируя мелодии сквозь сотни галактик, наполняя атмосферой глухого космического одиночества сердца землян. Тихие трели соло-гитары то мягко входят в атмосферу, то пронзительно ревут в такт ритм-гитаре, звучание которой песком времен разливается по горизонту событий. Яростный рык сменяется легким эхо чистейшего пения; и голос слышен прекрасно. Томное настукивание барабанов порой переходит в беспорядочное молочение, постепенно снова успокаиваясь и затихая.
Каково это, испытывать одиночество от одного осознания роли человека во Вселенной? Куда уносит вселенская река бесконечности? К чему приведет буйство высшей природы темной материи?
Музыка сама наводит слушателя на подобные рассуждения. Но рассуждать совсем не обязательно - можно просто расслабиться и наслаждаться таинственной и меланхоличной атмосферой альбома, который, я уверен, придется по вкусу очень многим, ведь "Singularity" вобрал в себя самое лучшее из всех проектов автора и преподнес это всё в неповторимой космической оболочке.
Это творение и есть сам космос. Человеку, пожалуй, не хватит слов, чтобы адекватно его описать. И если уж в космическом пространстве был бы звук, там бы слышались пронзительные ноты "Singularity" - одного из лучших произведений в жанре. Приятного погружения.

Lindholm is one of the few who still brings fresh ideas in the Dum-dest, creating a special, "cosmic", and in some way and the dark, depressive atmosphere on its releases."Singularity" - the second album of the main project of Lindholma dedicated to cosmic subjects. From a philosophical point of view, singularity is a fairness of infinity, the point of non-return and uncertainty. The author manages to impose this concept to music with amazing accuracy. The idea is also widely reflected in the lyrics of the songs.
It makes no sense to separately sign on the benefits of each opus. If the first track only launches us into space, then the second already gives to see a bright star, the third shines with light thousands of the sun, and the fourth turns off the subconscious, sending the mind into the singularity itself. You should not look at the playlist, it is better to go through this journey from the beginning to the end.
The mysterious keys sounds permeate the musical shell, synthesizing the melodies through hundreds of galaxies, filling the atmosphere of the deaf cosmic loneliness of the heart of earthlings. The quiet trills of the solo guitars are gently entering the atmosphere, they are shridly roared into the rhythm guitar tact, the sound of which the sand is raised by the horizon of events. The fierce roar is replaced by a light echo of the purest singing; And the voice is heard perfectly. Tomber thickening of the drums sometimes goes to random bubbling, gradually calming down and quietly.
What is it, testing loneliness from one awareness of the role of a person in the universe? Where does the universal river infinity? What will the rusty of the highest nature of dark matter?
Music itself leads a listener to such arguments. But it is not necessary to reason at all - you can simply relax and enjoy the mysterious and melancholic atmosphere of the album, which, I am sure you have to taste very much, because Singularity has absorbed the best of all the author's projects and presented it all in the unique cosmic shell.
This creation is the Cosmos itself. A person, perhaps, not enough words to describe it adequately. And if there were sound in outer space, there would be a "Singularity" piercing notes - one of the best works in the genre. Pleasant dive.
