Песнь Восхождения (Псалом 120/ Тегилим 121)Синодальный: "Возвел я очи мои ввысь (на горы), откуда придет помощь моя (мне).
Помощь моя (мне) от Господа, сотворившего небо и землю.
Не даст Он оступиться ноге твоей, не задремлет Хранитель твой.
Вот, не дремлет и не спит Хранитель Израиля.
Господь хранит тебя, Господь покров твой с правой руки твоей.
Днем солнце не обожжет (не ударит) тебя и луна ночью.
Господь сохранит тебя от всякого зла, хранит душу твою.
Господь будет охранять вход твой и исход твой отныне и до века"

От Господа приходит помощь мне, Творца земли и неба.
