Люди в Двулунье общаются при помощи мыслечувств, и все понимают друг друга. хотя каждый человек думает на своём родном.Этой землёй никто не управляет, ибо у людей, её населяющей, и без правителя всё хорошо. У каждого есть гармония. Правда, ввиду того, что мир существует вне времени, в Двулунье чётко указано, что людям из прошлого нельзя раскрывать технологии будущего, иначе мир изменится. За нарушение правила ты уже никогда не сможешь вернуться в этот параллельный мир.
Двулунье бесконечно, и попасть в некоторые его участки можно было только при помощи мысленных порталов, а порталы в мир людей и во Вселенную Ста Миров гораздо тяжелее, чем в другую часть Двулунья.
