Дмитрий Аграновский: "Моё мнение в данном случае несколько отличается от общепринятого. Я как раз не настаиваю на строгом приговоре Васильевой. Я не считаю, что её нужно сажать, потому что совершенно очевидно, что основные виновники выведены из процесса, а Васильева просто назначена, для того чтобы привести процесс к полному абсурду.Не будем забывать, что государство – орудие классовых интересов. Не бывает государства и права вообще. Для бедных одно право, одна правоприменительная практика, для богатых – другая. Поэтому там, где бедного человека посадили бы на долгие годы, представителей так называемой элиты погладят по головке – дадут условно. И это для мира капитала - нормально. Конечно, это отрицают, провозглашают, что закон един для всех, но ещё до революции говорили: «Не в свои сани не садись, с богатым не судись». Так и сегодня. Люди, имеющие власть и деньги, демонстративно, на глазах у всего общества, уходят от ответственности.
Что касается конкретно Васильевой, посмотрите, в каком дурацком положении мы оказались: общество должно требовать посадки женщины. А истинные виновники оказались «вне игры». Поэтому я бы не стал придавать этому процессу какое-то значение. Ещё раз подчеркну – для богатых одни законы, для бедных – другие".
Фёдор Бирюков: "Дело, связанное с хищениями в «Оборонсервисе», начиная с Сердюкова и заканчивая Васильевой, а я думаю, что и на этом история не закончится – конечно, позорная страница нашего правосудия. Такие дела, статусные, громкие, связанные с многомиллионными хищениями, связанные со стратегическими сферами, должны в наше непростое время расследоваться быстро, открыто и однозначно. Должны показывать, что коррупция действительно является изменой Родине.
Но на примере дела Васильевой мы видим, что процессы идут рассыпчато, существует ряд центров влияния, которые пытаются переиграть ситуацию. Мы видим совершенно безумное требование прокуратуры наказать условно. Ведь это пощёчина всему обществу. В России продолжают сидеть в тюрьмах за кражу велосипеда, бабушек до смерти пугают уводом в тюрьму за случайно неоплаченный товар, а люди, допустившие колоссальные хищения, могут отмазаться условным сроком. При этом они даже не в СИЗО, а под домашним арестом, выпускают музыкальные клипы, дают интервью. Посмотрим, чем дело кончится. Лица, не обличённые прокурорскими и судейскими мантиями, не должны давать советы суду, влиять на следствие. Но как гражданин, не могу не сказать, что подобное течение процесса у меня вызывает колоссальное удивление и даже чувство оскорбления. Я полагаю, что существуют планы по дальнейшему пересмотру дела и надеюсь, что государственная система не остановится на условном приговоре. Но даже само обсуждение этой ситуации говорит о том, что налицо очень серьёзный раздрай в системе правосудия, отсутствует чёткое понимание приоритетов.
Дела о коррупции, особенно в оборонной сфере, особенно связанные с крупными чиновниками, должны рассматриваться максимально объективно, а виновные беспощадно наказываться. Игры в условности, игры в какой-то поддельный и лживый гуманизм приводят к тому, что общество перестаёт верить государству и искусственно выталкивается в оппозиционное поле. Пока что действия чиновников, в том числе чиновников прокуратуры в этом деле, вольно или невольно направлены именно на провоцирование гражданских протестов.
Надеюсь, что в дальнейшем мои опасения будут рассеяны. Но пока оснований для оптимизма нет. Пока мы сталкиваемся с проблемой существования мощной коррупционной системы, которая была создана ещё в девяностые. И в очередной раз она действует в интересах либерального лобби, которое до сих пор сильно и в оппозиции, и в чертогах власти".
