ВетерВетер по небу вдаль летел,
Свистел и выл, вопил и пел,
Нагнал в долину мрак густой,
И тень простерлась над землей.
Ветер от ледяных вершин -
Во тьме остался он один,
Срывал листву с седых ветвей,
Студил деревья до корней.
Ветер разбил стекло озер,
Залил дождем, задул костер,
Лиловым вереском шуршал,
И дальше на восток бежал.
Рваные клочья облаков
Гнались за ним. Он был таков,
Плясал на скалах, гладил мох,
Клубил неторных пыль дорог.
В город влетел, сожжен дотла,
В пещеру - там, где дым-зола,
Гора сокровищ в глубине,
И хищный ящер спит на ней.
Ветер в руинах заплутал.
Вот, наконец, он дуть устал,
Столб дыма кольцами завил,
Достиг Луны. Вздохнул. Застыл.

WindThe wind flew into the distance into the sky
Whistled and howled, yelled and sang,
Caught up in the valley thick darkness
And a shadow spread over the earth.
Wind from the icy peaks -
In the darkness he was left alone
Tearing foliage from gray branches
Studied trees to the roots.
The wind broke the glass of the lakes
Poured rain, blew out the fire,
Rustled with purple heather,
And further east he fled.
Torn shreds of clouds
They chased him. He was like that
Danced on the rocks, stroking moss,
Curled uncultivated dust roads.
Flew into the city, burned to the ground,
To the cave - where there is smoke ash
A mountain of treasures deep down
And the predatory lizard sleeps on it.
The wind in ruins got lost.
Finally, he’s tired of blowing,
A column of smoke curled in rings
Reached the moon. He sighed. Froze.
