Пятый Ангел вострубил, и я увидел звезду, падшую с неба на землю, и дан был ей ключ от кладязя бездны.Она отворила кладязь бездны, и вышел дым из кладязя, как дым из большой печи; и помрачилось солнце и воздух от дыма из кладязя.
И из дыма вышла саранча на землю, и дана была ей власть, какую имеют земные скорпионы.
И сказано было ей, чтобы не делала вреда траве земной, и никакой зелени, и никакому дереву, а только одним людям, которые не имеют печати Божией на челах своих.
И дано ей не убивать их, а только мучить пять месяцев; и мучение от нее подобно мучению от скорпиона, когда ужалит человека.
В те дни люди будут искать смерти, но не найдут ее; пожелают умереть, но смерть убежит от них.
По виду своему саранча была подобна коням, приготовленным на войну; и на головах у ней как бы венцы, похожие на золотые, лица же ее как лица человеческие;
и волосы у ней как волосы у женщин, а зубы у ней были, как у львов.
На ней были брони, как бы брони железные, а шум от крыльев ее как стук от колесниц, когда множество коней бежит на войну;
у ней были хвосты, как у скорпионов, и в хвостах ее были жала; власть же ее была вредить людям пять месяцев.
Царем над собою она имела ангела бездны; имя ему по-еврейски Аваддон, а по-гречески Аполлион.
Одно горе прошло; вот, идут за ним еще два горя.
Шестой Ангел вострубил, и я услышал один голос от четырех рогов золотого жертвенника, стоящего пред Богом,
говоривший шестому Ангелу, имевшему трубу: освободи четырех Ангелов, связанных при великой реке Евфрате.
И освобождены были четыре Ангела, приготовленные на час и день, и месяц и год, для того, чтобы умертвить третью часть людей.
Число конного войска было две тьмы тем; и я слышал число его.
Так видел я в видении коней и на них всадников, которые имели на себе брони огненные, гиацинтовые и серные; головы у коней как головы у львов, и изо рта их выходил огонь, дым и сера.
От этих трех язв, от огня, дыма и серы, выходящих изо рта их, умерла третья часть людей;
ибо сила коней заключалась во рту их и в хвостах их; а хвосты их были подобны змеям, и имели головы, и ими они вредили.
Прочие же люди, которые не умерли от этих язв, не раскаялись в делах рук своих, так чтобы не поклоняться бесам и золотым, серебряным, медным, каменным и деревянным идолам, которые не могут ни видеть, ни слышать, ни ходить.
И не раскаялись они в убийствах своих, ни в чародействах своих, ни в блудодеянии своем, ни в воровстве своем.

The Fifth Angel sounded his trumpet, and I saw a star falling from heaven to earth, and a key was given to her to the pit of the abyss.She opened the pit of the abyss, and smoke came out of the pit like smoke from a great furnace; and the sun and the air were darkened by the smoke from the pit.
And out of the smoke came the locusts onto the earth, and power was given to them, which the earthly scorpions have.
And she was told not to harm the grass of the earth, and no greenery, and no tree, but only one people who do not have the seal of God on their foreheads.
And it was given to her not to kill them, but only to torment them for five months; and the torment from her is like the torment of a scorpion when it bites a man.
In those days people will seek death, but they will not find it; will wish to die, but death will flee from them.
In appearance, the locusts were like horses prepared for war; and on her heads, as it were, crowns, like those of gold, her faces like human faces;
and her hair was like the hair of a woman, and her teeth were like that of lions.
She wore armor like iron armor, and the noise from her wings was like the sound of chariots when a multitude of horses flee to war;
she had tails like scorpions, and her tails had stings; her power was to harm people for five months.
She had the angel of the abyss as king over her; his name in Hebrew is Abaddon, and in Greek is Apollyon.
One grief has passed; behold, two more sorrows follow him.
The sixth angel sounded its trumpet, and I heard one voice from the four horns of the golden altar standing before God,
who spoke to the sixth Angel, who had a trumpet: release the four Angels bound by the great river Euphrates.
And the four angels were set free, prepared for an hour and a day, and a month and a year, in order to kill a third of the people.
The number of the cavalry army was two hundred thousand; and I heard his number.
So I saw in a vision horses and riders on them, who had on themselves armor of fire, hyacinth and sulfur; the heads of horses were like the heads of lions, and from their mouths came fire, smoke and brimstone.
From these three plagues, from fire, smoke and brimstone coming out of their mouth, a third of the people died;
for the strength of the horses was in their mouths and in their tails; and their tails were like snakes, and had heads, and with them they hurt.
The rest of the people who did not die of these plagues did not repent of their deeds, so as not to worship demons and gold, silver, copper, stone and wooden idols, which can neither see, hear, nor walk.
And they did not repent of their murders, nor of their sorceries, nor of their fornication, nor of their theft.
