Покой и мир земли обетованной
Нам за победу даровали Валар:
Мы покидали Эндор навсегда.
Земель Забытых огненные раны
В тоске морские волны омывали,
А наши корабли вела - Звезда...

Поклонялись стали и силе...
Мы - во Тьме рожденное Пламя -
Это пламя кровью гасили.
Безумья признак - неповиновенье.
Мы принесем безумцам избавленье:
Душа костром да будет спасена!
И все же - рано праздновать победу:
Ведь даже здесь не каждый верен Свету,
И даже здесь смущает души Тьма.
И взлетают к небу кострами
Те, чьи нам непонятны речи...

И мы вкусили горький хлеб изгнанья -
Дни славы нашей не вернуть назад.
Мы лишены бессмертья благодати,
И Проклятый Изгнанник - наш создатель,
Хотя об этом Мудрые молчат.
Мы отвергли все то, что знали,
Слепо веруя в мудрость Света,
Но - во Тьме рожденное Пламя -
Мы когда-нибудь вспомним - это:
