Что может быть важнее детской улыбки? Детские объятья? Детское «спасибо»? Детское «Я Вас никогда не забуду»? Детское «Я обязательно вернусь»?Да все!!! Все, что они делают для нас самое важное, и именно ради этого мы возвращаемся в свой лагерь. Мы вожатые!!
Детский лагерь – это особый город, это особый мир. Мир, в котором ты забываешь о городской суете, блеклой обыйдености и окружающих тебя со всех сторон проблем. В мире детства все по-другому. Все. Никто не говорит, что здесь легко. Здесь свои заботы, здесь свои проблемы. Просто здесь все по-другому.
И всегда раздражают знакомые, они есть у каждого вожатого, которые говорят «Хорошо там тебе, ты отдыхаешь! Почему они так думают? Почему они думают, что мы вожатые ничего не делаем?» Ну конечно с годами ты к этому привыкаешь и уже не так обращаешь на это внимание, но с чего они взяли? Откуда они знают, что такое подъем, что такое «Все в столовую»?
Тут еще и накрыть нужно, в игры поиграть, иначе же будет скучно, номер приготовить на программу, причем каждый раз новый, потом планерка, где, кстати, тебя по головке не погладят, а тут еще и ночная репетиция и помимо всего этого миллиард дел и забот. Их просто невозможно перечислить. Кстати, наверное, из-за этого мы все возвращаемся в лагерь, потому что нет свободного времени, скучать некогда! Мы же, как дети, только большие!
А вот, например общение с детьми. С опытом ты начинаешь не работать со своим отрядом, а жить вместе с ним. Проживать со своими ребятами: и радость, и печаль, взлеты и падения, победы и поражения, помогать им в любую секунду, потому что знаешь, они тебе тоже помогут.
А напарник! Да это же самый родной для тебя человек. Да какой бы он ни был, все равно ближе человека в этой смене у тебя нет. Вы все-таки живете в одно вожатской.
Так почему же мы возвращаемся в лагерь? Ответ прост. Эмоции и воспоминания. Вот задумайтесь о своих воспоминаниях. Ты никогда не вспоминаешь о лагере плохого, не вспоминаешь проблемы, не вспоминаешь, как тебе было тяжело. Ты просто не хочешь этого вспоминать. В твоей голове только костры, гитары, дискотеки, игры, программа, столовая, походы, отрядки, огоньки, спортплощадки, зарядки, вечерние посиделки, репетиции, выступления, напарники, другие вожатые, любовь и, конечно же, твои дети. Мы вспоминаем это, потому что мы сами как они, как дети!
Про вожатого много сказано и написано. Вожатый – профессия птица.Вожатый – это не профессия, а призвание. И ведь с этим не поспоришь. Это действительно так. Вожатый – это большой ребенок. Нет! Мы уже не дети, мы взрослые. Взрослые, которые хотят быть детьми, которым детства показалось просто напросто мало.Поэтому вожатый не работай вожатым, а будь вожатым! Живи детством!

It is simply impossible to list them. By the way, probably because of this, we all return to the camp, because there is no free time, there is no time to be bored! We, as children, are only big!
And here, for example, communication with children. With experience, you start not working with your squad, but live with it. To live with your guys: joy and sorrow, ups and downs, victories and defeats, help them any second, because you know, they will help you too.
A partner! Yes, this is the most dear to you man. Yes, no matter what he is, you still do not have a person closer to this shift. You still live in one leader.
So why are we going back to camp? The answer is simple. Emotions and memories. Think about your memories. You never remember the camp of the bad, do not remember the problem, do not remember how hard it was for you. You just don't want to remember that. In your head there are only bonfires, guitars, discos, games, a program, a dining room, trips, outfits, lights, sports grounds, exercises, evening gatherings, rehearsals, performances, partners, other counselors, love and, of course, your children. We remember this because we ourselves are like them, like children!
Much has been said and written about the counselor. Counselor is a bird profession. Counselor is not a profession, but a vocation. And you can’t argue with that. It really is. Counselor is a big child. Not! We are no longer children, we are adults. Adults who want to be children, whose childhood seemed simply not enough. Therefore, counselors do not work as counselors, but be counselors! Live your childhood!
