Отрадно, что первая наша серьёзная публикация в июне расскажет вам об одном из самых светлых и трогательных музыкальных работ, которые должны выйти в эти дни. Let It Go
Заглавная песня, подарившая имя всей EP и ставшая фирменной карточкой группы. Дэвиду пришла в голову идея с аккордами и мелодией, а Джонни стал ответственным за лирику. Изначально, демка "Let It Go" имела более спокойную фолковую составляющую, но в финальной версии музыканты сделали темп чуть побыстрее, а также выкрутили переключатель с показателем "чувственность" на максимум. Также настоятельном рекомендуем посмотреть их клип, созданный на эту песню - по-настоящему ручная работа, сделанная с невероятным вниманием к деталям и любовью.
Satellite
Вдохновлённые просмотром нескольких акустических выступлений других коллективов, парни решили написать свою чисто фолковую песню: с губной гармошкой, акустическими гитарами и классическим "ууууу" в припеве.
Guaratuba
Эта песня была записана Fossil Collective сразу же после приезда в Лондон с одного из акустических вступлений. Однажды их общий друг рассказал им историю своих родителей, который продали свой дом в Великобритании и переехали в Бразилию, где поселились в простеньком домике на берегу моря. Рассказывал о незатейливых песнях, которые там можно часто услышать по вечерам. Это так впечатлило Дэвида и Джонни, что они решили придумать такую же обыкновенную песню, которую мог бы сыграть каждый парнишка, сидя на улице. Но звук получался слишком чистым, поэтому ребята использовали для записи "Guaratuba" дешёвенькие гитары, которые можно купить всего за 3 евро.

Without a fight
Пожалуй, это самая загадочная композиция из всех на EP. Записывалась она в заброшенном склепе под церквушкой недалеко от Лидса. То место отлично подходило для записи, как по величине пространства, так и по звучанию помещения. Существовала лишь одна проблема - время от времени там проводились свадьбы и похоронные церемонии, во время которых музыканты вынуждены были прекращать свою запись. К тому же, им помогали их друзья из другого лидского коллектива, в результате чего первоначальная концепция трека кардинально изменилась. Теперь песня звучит совершенно по-другому, чем прежде задумывалась. Несмотря на весьма интровертный характер "Without a fight", она, в то же время, является универсальной, и будет понятна многим людям.
А вот здесь записывалась "Without a fight". Просим не путать этот собор с Лидским замком, находящимся в Беларуси.

По словам Дэвида и Джонни - завершающая песня получилась идеальной для концовки EP, и, одновременно с этим, несвойственной вещью для коллектива, показывающей его с совершенно другой стороны. Дэвид хотел написать композицию специально для того, что бы спеть её на низком регистре. Специально для её записи был приглашён некий гитарист, которого парни случайно нашли на одном из городских музыкальных сайтов. Встретившись с ним, они выпили немного вина и надолго засели в студии...

Gradually, we return from the festive state, and quite soon enter our usual rhythm with many interesting novelties. Although according to our forecasts, June and will be much less generous for sonic releases, we will all forces try to remember the first summer month to remember you for a long time.
It is gratifying that the first our serious publication in June will tell you about one of the brightest and touching musical works that should come out these days. We present to your attention our Track-BY-TRACK new Fossil Collective Jipache. The official EP output is appointed only on June 11, it is possible to listen to / downloading it now - almost a week before the premiere.

Let It Go.
The title song, which gave the name of the entire EP and became the company's branded card. David came to mind the idea with chords and melody, and Johnny became responsible for the lyrics. Initially, the demo "Let It Go" had a more relaxed falking component, but in the final version, the musicians made the tempo a little quickly, and also twisted the switch with a "sensuality" indicator at maximum. We also strongly recommend to see their clip created on this song - truly handmade, made with incredible attention to detail and love.
Satellite
Inspired by viewing of several acoustic performances of other teams, guys decided to write their purely falk song: with a lump harmonic, acoustic guitars and classic "Uuuu" in the chorus.
Guaratuba.
This song was recorded by Fossil Collective immediately after arriving in London from one of the acoustic entry. Once, their common friend told them the history of their parents, who sold their house in the UK and moved to Brazil, where they settled in a simple house on the seashore. I talked about the unpaired songs that you can often hear in the evenings. It was so impressed by David and Johnny that they decided to come up with the same ordinary song that every guy could play, sitting on the street. But the sound was too clean, so the guys were used to record "Guaratuba" cheap guitars that can be bought for only 3 euros.

WITHOUT A FIGHT.
Perhaps this is the most mysterious composition of all on EP. She was recorded in an abandoned crypt under the church not far from Leeds. That place was perfect for recording, both by the magnitude of the space and the sound of the room. There was only one problem - from time to time weddings and funeral ceremonies were held there, during which the musicians were forced to stop their record. In addition, their friends from another Lida team helped them, as a result of which the initial concept of the track changed radically. Now the song sounds completely different than before he thought. Despite the very introverted character of "Without a Fight", it is at the same time, it is universal, and it will be understood by many people.
And here was recorded "Without a Fight". Please do not confuse this cathedral with the Lida castle in Belarus.

According to David and Johnny, the final song turned out to be perfect for the ending EP, and, at the same time, an unusual thing for a team showing it from a completely different side. David wanted to write a composition specifically in order to sing it at a low register. A certain guitarist was invited to be invited to her record, which guys were accidentally found on one of the urban music sites. Having met him, they drank a little wine and sat down in the studio for a long time ...
